This website describes a marketing service offered by Elevatz Marketing Inc. Watching the video or booking a call does not create a client relationship. Paid work starts only when both sides agree in writing (email is enough) and payment is received.
The service
When engaged, the typical package is a 90-day YouTube TV-screen advertising flight for qualifying service businesses. Pricing shown on the site ($5,000/month prepaid for the 90-day flight, or $6,000/month billed month-to-month) is current as of the date above and can change. Media, creative, and tracking are included in that fee as described on a call and in the agreement. Results are not guaranteed.
No guarantees
Advertising outcomes depend on your offer, market, sales process, creative, targeting, and spend. Examples of lead quality or close rates in the video are illustrative. You are responsible for answering the phone, following up leads, and closing work. Elevatz Marketing Inc. does not guarantee leads, appointments, or revenue.
Eligibility
The offer is intended for service businesses doing roughly $1M+ in revenue that already run paid ads. I can decline work that is not a fit.
Site use
Don’t scrape, copy the video for resale, or use this site for anything unlawful. All site and video content is owned by me unless noted.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or indirect damages from using this site or from advertising we run. Any liability related to paid work is limited to fees you paid for the period in question, as set out in the agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, unless a later agreement says otherwise.
